These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") define the conditions for using the services provided by Justy Web Games (hereinafter referred to as "this Site"). All users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must agree to these Terms before using this Site.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
2. For any dispute arising regarding the services, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the operator of this Site shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction.
